Park Regis Business Bay.

Brief & concept

At Park Regis Business Bay, lighting creates a consistent hospitality experience across guestrooms and shared interiors. Architectural layers bring comfortable clarity to circulation and everyday activity, while decorative elements and focused accents enrich the hotel's contemporary aesthetic. Spatial Vibes' approach balances warmth with practical illumination and efficient performance, allowing arrival spaces to feel sociable and rooms to remain calm. The result is an understated, adaptable lightscape suited to a busy urban hotel.
